Ecogrease should be used on bearings and bike parts you don't want to seize up, like quick release pins or seat posts.  Ecogrease is environmentally friendly, water repellent and anti-corrosive.

Greases are not usually used on bike chains as they are thicker and can attract dirt and grime when on the chain.  For your chain we would recommend using Green Oil Chain Lube.

Ecogrease is free from Petroleum and Teflon and contains only 100% natural ingredients and plant extracts.

The bottle is made from HDPE, the same plastic as milk bottles so it is easily recycled. Alternatively customers can return the bottle to us for a refill.

Green Oil is a family run business founded by Simon Nash, a cyclist and entrepreneur based in Bromley, Kent.

The company initially lauched with Green Oil Chain Lube which was soon followed up with a range of bicycle maintenance products inlcuding the Ecogrease.
