All manufacturing processes for the beer glasses have been designed to be as energy efficient as possible and the company also filter and reuse all the water in the factory. Wherever possible recycled material is used for the packaging.

The manufacture of the glasses themselves is also very energy efficient compared to normal glass recycling. From start to finish it takes about 3 hours for a bottle to go through the process of transformation into a beer or wine glass.
