City Vegetable Garden
For sustainable living nothing beats growing your own veg and herbs. Now, thanks to the City Vegetable Garden even urban dwellers limited by space can enjoy the opportunity to nurture and taste produce grown at home.
Designed for indoor and outdoor growing in the kitchen or balcony, the City Garden comes with wheels and is fully mobile.
The original idea behind this green product was to bring the countryside to the city and to provide a space dedicated to growing edible plants in an urban environment. The result, a kitchen full of healthy, natural food which helps you fight stress while you work at it.
The City Garden has been designed with sustainability in mind. The allotment structure is made of anodised aluminium, its light, its unbreakable and its 100% recyclable. It also has a drainage system which prevents the harm excess watering can do to plants.
Winner of an ADI-FAD Award Medal due to its easy and modern way of adapting to your house, it helps make for a cleaner world, a 'greener' diet and is an active way of helping our environment.
Easy Installation:
Dimensions: 60cm long x 100cm high x 40cm wide
To cultivate your plants you will need 1 x 10 litre bag of substrate or compost and 2 x 10 litre bags of soil which are available at any garden centre.
What to grow?
Try oregano, thyme, rosemary, onions, chard, lettuce or radishes all year round. In spring sow aubergines, carrots, tomatoes, peppers and in winter why not try garlic or cabbages. The City Garden has the potential to bring the outdoors indoors all year round.
