Efergy Energy Saving Meter
The Efergy meter is a wireless smart electricity meter that allows you to track how much energy you are using in your home or business in real time.
Data is refreshed once every 6 seconds so if you turn a light ON or OFF you see straight away the effect this has on your energy use, helping you, your family or business to visually interpret the benefits of saving energy.
The Efergy meter consists of three parts, a sensor and wireless transmitter that clip to your electricity meter and sit in the meter cupboard and a portable display monitor which receives the information from the wireless transmitter and which you can take from room to room to check how much energy you are using.
The Efergy can display energy usage as total kW, as pence per kWh or as emissions measured in terms of kg of CO2. It also has a memory function so you can see the effects of your daily changing habits and information can be displayed in daily, weekly and monthly totals.
The transmitter has a range of 40 to 70m. The unit also includes an alarm feature whereby you can set a maximum limit for your energy consumption and if you go over the alarm sounds.
